I HATE RACISM AND PREJUDICE IN ALL THEIR MANIFESTATION
LOVE IS THE ONLY CURE
Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 1 John 4:7
As a child growing up I have always held true to the idea that we are all one. And if someone believes that one race is superior or inferior than another, in my heart and mind it was never so.
As a child growing up I believe in a rainbow world, different colors that blend together in harmony but the same rainbow. Humans who look different but we all bleed the same blood. More importantly God made us all, that is the level of enlightenment we ought to strive for.
Especially those of us who identify as children of God we cannot allow the attitude and actions of others to dictate our love or lack of love thereof.
We cannot allow the actions of a few black man to dictate how we feel about all Black Men. We cannot allow the actions of a few White Man to dictate how we feel about all white men. We cannot allow the actions of a few Mexicans to dictate how we feel about all Mexicans.
Hating people because of their color is wrong and it doesn’t matter which color does the hating. It’s just wrong.
Being prejudice based on the color of one's sin is wrong and it doesn't matter which side is prejudice, it is wrong. Darkness is only driven out with light, not more darkness.
Let no man pull you so low as to hate him. There is some good in the worst of us and some evil in the best of us. When we discover this, we are less prone to hate our enemies.
As for me I choose to love everyone, all of God's created one, red or yellow black or white. I choose to stick to love because hate, racism or even being prejudice is too great of a burden for me to bear. Spreading Love is what will change the world not division.
Let's not divide and conquer. Let us feel about every man, how God feels about us. God loves the best of us and He loves the worst of us. He loved us before we love him. Let us not hate the Black Man, or the White Man or the Asian Man or the Spanish Man. Let's not join with others in trying to spread division. Let us deal with people individually on a character basis and not use a few bad apples to judge an entire race.
